Resistance-temperature characteristic of quenched SDCM1 steel from RT to 600 ℃
The complete characterization of resistance characteristics indicates the microstructural changes during tempering process. This study characterizes the diffusion and resistance evolution of carbon atoms during the tempering process of hot work die steel, including carbon segregation, intermediate carbide nucleation, and carbide precipitation. It is confirmed through techniques such as microstructure and hardness testing, providing effective analytical methods and theoretical support for the design and development of tempering treatment processes for hot work die steel.
